Questions

Do I need a Rekart order?

No. You can start in the studio, then link a Rekart order, book your own laptop, or visit a shop. If you already have an order ID, enter it anytime.

My order has several products — can I customise only some?

Yes. After you enter the order ID we show each product. Choose which lines to customise; each can have a different design. Packed or shipped lines are skipped.

How long does it add?

Most Rekart-order jobs add about one working day after the daily cut-off. Own-laptop and shop visits depend on pickup or visit slots. Exact timing is shown before you pay.

What warranty do I get?

CustomLab workmanship has its own warranty. Your Rekart device warranty is unchanged.

Can I return a customised device?

The customisation fee can't be refunded once work has started. You can cancel before inspection.

Which devices are supported?

Windows and Mac laptops, iPhone, Android phones and tablets sold by Rekart. Some services only fit certain models — the studio shows what's available.

Will engraving work with backlighting?

Yes. Legends are cut so the backlight still shows through, and we check that in QA.
